Come as you are and find your own rhythm. Come alone, with a partner or with a friend. You control the timetable to include as much or as little as you wish.

Available for Silvana holiday guests, Including private yoga class, meditation workshop, vegetarian lunch, holistic massage/reflexology and exclusive use of the swimming pool.

For those seeking a deeper experience. Packages available for couples or small groups. Together with you, we create the weekend programme to suit your specific needs. This can form part, or all, of your time here if you want to combine it with a holiday.

Holistic Massage and Reflexology
A session includes a free 30 minute consultation on health and wellbeing. Treatments range from a 60 minute reflexology session to a 90 minute “Touch of Light” full body massage.
Jacqueline has worked in bereavement support and has a special interest in supporting those suffering from grief.
Meditation and Silence
Whether you are new to meditation or already practicing, meditation is a key element to any retreat. We offer an introductory course for beginners which is usually given in 4 classes of 2 hours each, with time for practice in between. This allows time for discussion and questions about establishing a regular practice. We also offer guidance for those with more experience.
It may include periods spent in silent contemplation or walking meditation in the gardens or on a mountain trail.

Connecting to Nature
The gardens of Silvana, extending over 20,000m2, have a huge variety of trees, flowers and water features. We encourage you to be outside as much as possible to allow Nature to balance and replenish you. We have created secluded spots to listen to the wonderful birdsong and there’s plenty of energising sunshine throughout the year.
Yoga / Exercise
Martin offers yoga classes in the studio or on our fabulous wooden deck in the gardens. Classes are Hatha based but also influenced by other styles. They are suitable for all levels, from beginner to the more advanced practitioners. Individual advice sessions on personal exercise programmes also available. Guests are also welcome to join him and Ruby on their daily morning jog.

Walks in the Serra Tramuntana
Silvana is surrounded by stunning mountain views. Not surprisingly, many guests wish to explore the mountains they see.
Martin has located several beautiful walking trails through the mountains to uplift the spirits and inspire you. Mallorca has peaks of over 1000m if you want to get above the clouds, or a range of gentler slopes and coastal walks, if preferred.
Jacqueline has developed a form of dance and movement to release tension, stiffness and stagnant energy, based on her experience of dance and holistic therapy. It is a gentle method to encourage greater flow both in physical movement and creative expression.
