What does peace mean for you?
Here at Silvana it’s very easy to slip into states of complete peace without even realising it. The surroundings of outstanding natural beauty in nature has such a powerful and profound calming effect on one’s state of mind, almost immediately as you walk through the gates.
That might sounds very hard to imagine if you’re reading this at your desk, or on your phone on the train on the way home from work, but that’s just how it is here – away from the struggle, stress and fast pace of life.
We walk, we meditate, we tend the garden and orchards, we rest, we breathe, we contemplate, we read, we listen, we swim, we watch the stars, we relax, we slow down, we listen to the early birdsong, we cook delicious organic food, sometimes we dance, we look after the land, we look after ourselves, we look after each other.
We live in the present moment.
Individually and collectively we find peace.
